Qigong (literally “Energy Work”) is a collective term for various Chinese forms of exercise, meditation, healing, spiritual work, and self-development. It can make use of movements, postures, mental techniques, and breathing to manipulate one’s own or another’s Qi.
I teach basic/beginner techniques such as Ba Duan Jin and Yi Jin Jing, but my main focus is on the Xing Ming system of Master Louis Chunjie Liu, under whom I have studied for over a decade. The forms/techniques in this system can have a profound effect on many health conditions, as well as improving general health and wellbeing, and providing a solid foundation for personal development and spiritual growth.
