Transmute Health – CHANGE FOR THE BETTER

HOLISTIC HEALTHCARE

Hello, I’m Simon. Welcome to Transmute Health, my healthcare and wellness business utilising the principles and practices of Chinese Medicine to improve your quality of life.

WHY CHINESE MEDICINE?
Have you had pain, discomfort, low energy, stress or poor health for some time, and found it difficult to get help with your problems? It's about time that you started feeling well, rather than tired, in pain, overwhelmed or run down
. Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine work wonders for these types of situations, because we always look at the person as a whole, and take time to assess your individual condition.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
All Chinese Medicine works by manipulating Qi, our intrinsic natural energy (modern research maps corresponding changes in blood flow, neurology, and even stem cell activity). Depending on your condition, certain treatment techniques may work better for you than others, thus I use in-depth questioning, observation and inspection to arrive at a specific diagnosis for you, and determine the best Acupuncture, Herbal and other methods to facilitate resolution of your particular condition. Most conditions will not be resolved by a single treatment, but rather will progressively improve through a course of treatments (usually 1 week apart). As a guide, acute conditions can take 4-6 treatments to resolve, while chronic conditions can take 10 or more. We will discuss what you can expect at your first consultation.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Initial consultations are $110, and follow-ups are $90, with extra costs applying for Herbal Medicine if prescribed. Most private health funds offer rebates for Acupuncture, some for Herbal Medicine.
